Psychologist Session

Clinical services and consultations

As a psychologist, I offer a range of clinical services in Montreal and the surrounding area, designed for individuals, families, and psychosocial professionals. My practice is based on a compassionate, caring, and rigorous approach, grounded in evidence and tailored to the specific needs of each individual or family system.

I primarily offer individual psychotherapy services for adults. These sessions aim to support individuals experiencing various psychological, emotional, or relational difficulties. The reasons for consultation are varied: chronic stress, anxiety, depression, grief, separation, self-esteem issues, relational conflicts, life transitions, or even trauma. My approach is integrative and draws on various validated therapeutic models, including systemic, cognitive-behavioral, and schema approaches.

In addition, I offer consultation and support services for families struggling with relational, educational, or parental difficulties. These may involve persistent family conflicts, communication problems, difficult behaviors in a child or adolescent, or even major transitions such as a separation, a blended family, or a relocation. My role then consists of helping family members better understand each other, reestablish fragile emotional ties, and find realistic solutions together. I also work with parents who wish to be better equipped in their parental role, particularly in situations of complex co-parenting or managing disruptive behaviors. The support is intended to respect family realities and aims to strengthen parental skills while supporting the harmonious development of children.

Finally, I offer a professional supervision service for psychologists, psychology interns, and other professionals in the psychosocial field. This supervision may include conducting psychological assessments (particularly in a legal context), analyzing the clinical dynamics of a follow-up, professional ethics, or developing therapeutic skills. My approach to supervision is interactive, structured, and focused on clinical reflection, developing professional judgment, and integrating theoretical knowledge into practice. I strive to provide a caring and formative environment conducive to learning and professional growth.
