About
I am bilingual, fluent in both French and English, which allows me to offer professional services tailored to a diverse clientele. In addition, I am fluent in spoken Spanish, which further broadens the accessibility of my services to a multicultural community. This linguistic proficiency allows me to establish a trusting relationship with people from different cultural backgrounds and to better understand the cultural subtleties that can influence family or individual dynamics.
My story
A significant portion of my practice is devoted to forensic psychology. I regularly appear as an expert before the Youth Division and the Family Court, in cases involving child custody, access rights, youth protection, and conflictual separation situations. My role in this context is to produce rigorous, objective, and clinically based psychological assessments to inform the courts in their decision-making, in the best interest of the child. My approach to forensic psychology aims to reconcile methodological rigor with human sensitivity, taking into account the specific realities of each situation.
Beyond forensic expertise, I also offer individual psychotherapy and family counseling services. I support individuals experiencing personal, relational, or emotional difficulties, such as anxiety, depression, attachment disorders, family conflict, or periods of crisis. I help families improve communication, restore weakened emotional bonds, or navigate important transitions such as separation, blended family formation, or bereavement. My therapeutic approach is integrative and scientifically grounded, while remaining focused on human relationships, compassionate listening, and respect for each individual's pace.
Finally, I also offer supervision to professionals in the context of psycholegal assessments, psychotherapy monitoring or ethical questioning in their work.
When making an appointment, "What service do you want?" I would like you to add the supervision tab to professionals.
