Supervision for professionals

Professional supervision is an essential support space for counselors, psychologists, psychotherapists, social workers, and other helping professionals. It provides a structured space to reflect on one's practice, clarify clinical issues, validate one's interventions, and deepen one's professional stance, all in a respectful and confidential setting.

Supervision can address a variety of needs: support in complex situations, development of clinical skills, management of transference and countertransference, prevention of burnout, ethical questioning, or continuous improvement of practices. Whether in an individual or group setting, it allows you to gain perspective, recharge your batteries, and strengthen your sense of competence.

Our approach to supervision is collaborative, caring, and rigorous. It is based on listening, non-judgment, and shared analysis of situations experienced. It promotes reflexivity and the integration of clinical knowledge, while respecting each individual's professional identity and pace. We draw on recognized theoretical frameworks, such as the systemic approach, solution-focused intervention, and psychodynamics, depending on needs and contexts.

Supervision is also a space for personal growth, as it allows you to better understand yourself as a professional, refine your clinical intuition and consolidate your ethical and relational foundations.

Providing supervision means supporting the quality of customer service, but also caring for the people who deliver it. We welcome both early-career professionals and those with extensive experience with commitment and respect, in a spirit of co-construction and continuous development.
